Fish bone pattern
The design involves reducing the traditional Thai pattern with 21 pedals to only 10 pedals for weaving. The resulting pattern resembles Fishbone, with a black-and-white color scheme. The fabric is designed with versatility in mind, allowing both sides to be used. This design has gained popularity, especially for creating two-tone bags, as customers appreciate its adaptability for various purposes. Whether transformed into other products or used as shoulder wraps, the black-and-white color combination appeals to a wide audience. The pattern and color choices are orchestrated by Professor Note Kanitha Nualtarane in the Heritage
Phra Ruang / “Moradok Phra Ruang” Product Development project.
