Woven fabric with stars
Jok fabric, by having textile weavers look at the stars in the sky and then weaving fabric accordingly based on what they see, it creates a pattern of fabric resembling various constellations. Each piece of fabric in the constellation pattern is unique, designed by Professor Kate Pharata Sri-onnlha as part of a project at the Art and Craft Center. The designed fabric is intended for use in home decoration.
